A man in Delhi claimed that he was "hypnotised" and cheated of ₹98,000 by three people who befriended him on social media and kidnapped him, police said on Tuesday. "He said...three men hypnotised him and made him transfer ₹98,000 to different accounts," a senior police officer said. Four accused have been arrested after an FIR was registered in the case.
