A 31-year-old man has been arrested for sending obscene messages, pornographic videos, and images to over 1,500 women in Delhi and NCR, the police said on Wednesday. The accused had been using three SIM cards he had got using fake identities. He told police that he was unmarried and frustrated as his friends were all married and were having children.
