A 50-year-old man in Delhi's Ashok Vihar killed a 22-year-old woman over an ₹10,000 payment dispute for physical relationship. After strangling her, he stuffed the body in a sack and dumped it in a public toilet. After an analysis of CCTV footage from a nearby area, Delhi police identified the accused, which led to his arrest.
