Delhi Police has arrested proclaimed offender Shiv Nandan Singh Yadav, who had been absconding for years, in connection with a real estate fraud case. Yadav and his associates launched the 'Krishan Kunj Township' project in Greater Faridabad in 2013 and allegedly collected crores from investors for plot bookings. However, the probe revealed that their firm didn't possess sufficient lawful land.
