Delhi mandates P-10 liquor permits for banquet halls

Delhi Excise Department has directed banquet halls and farmhouses to obtain a P-10 permit for serving liquor at weddings and social functions. A special registration camp will run from October 27–November 16 on the E-Abkari portal for one-time registration. Establishments must buy liquor from licensed Delhi vendors and violations would invite action under the Delhi Excise Act.
