As the Delhi Assembly goes paperless from the Monsoon Session starting August 4, MLAs must now submit their Special Mention notices through the National e-Vidhan portal, officials said on Tuesday. Speaker Vijender Gupta also advised MLAs to keep their submission within eight to 10 lines on a single issue. Monsoon Session is scheduled from August 4 to 8.
