Prime office rents jumped 4.3% YoY on average across Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru and Mumbai in the July-September period, according to the latest Knight Frank report. Bengaluru saw the highest rental growth, followed by Mumbai and Delhi-NCR. The collective office space leasing in the three major cities is expected to touch 50 million sq ft in 2025.
