A Delhi Police head constable was arrested after his female friend allegedly shot herself with his licensed firearm during a party at a residential society near Noida. The 25-year-old woman had an altercation with the head constable, who's married, police said. The woman is currently in a critical condition, while the gun has been seized for investigation.
