Ahead of the farmers' 'chakka jam' on Saturday, the Delhi Police said that adequate security arrangements have been made at borders so that "miscreants can't enter the national capital". Social media content is under surveillance to prevent the spread of false rumours, the police added. Earlier, BKU leader Rakesh Tikait said the 'chakka jam' won't take place in Delhi.
