A 52-year-old Delhi Police sub-inspector, Sanjeev Lochan, died after being hit by a bike in Dwarka, police said. He was part of the Special Cell team during the Batla House encounter in 2008. Lochan was crossing the road when three men on a bike allegedly ran over him, police added. The accused were arrested from the spot, police stated.
