Delhi Saturday recorded its second lowest temperature of the season at 4.8 degree Celsius, three notches below normal. Due to early morning fog, about 50 north-bound trains were affected. The maximum temperature during the day has been predicted at around 17 degrees Celsius, four notches below normal. Delhi had recorded its lowest minimum temperature at 4.2 degrees Celsius December 22.
