Delhi recorded its lowest temperature of the season at 4.6 degrees Celsius on Friday morning as rain lashed parts of NCR. The previous known lowest minimum temperature of the season was 5.8 degrees Celsius, which was recorded on Thursday morning. This comes as an intense cold wave has gripped northern India, and the freezing conditions are expected to intensify.
