The national capital recorded the lowest temperature this winter season on Sunday as the temperature dropped to three degrees Celsius at Ridge, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecast showed. Cold wave conditions will prevail over most places of Delhi during the next two days and temperature will be in range of 3-4 degrees till December 26, the weather department predicted.
