Delhi recorded the lowest temperature of the season at 2.6 degrees Celsius on Saturday morning, a Meteorological Department official said. The official said the temperature is four notches below the season's average, adding that the maximum temperature is expected to hover around 19 degrees Celsius. The visibility in the morning was 1,500 metres in most parts of the city.
