Delhi Police on Tuesday arrested Mohammed Shahrukh who fired at least three rounds of bullets during violence in northeast Delhi. "Shahrukh said he fired during protests in a fit of rage," said Additional Commissioner of Police Ajit Kumar Singla. He has no criminal background but his father has a narcotics and fake currency case against him, Singla added.
