PWD is installing QR codes on boards along newly repaired roads in Delhi to let people lodge complaints. Once scanned with a smartphone, the code will show the road’s name, length, public money spent on it and the agency in charge of building it. If someone notices poor maintenance or potholes, they can use the same link to file complaints.
