The air quality of Delhi further worsened to fall under the 'severe' category on Thursday morning. The 24-hour average Air Quality Index (AQI) rose to 419 in Anand Vihar at around 7 am, according to Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB). A thick layer of smog was seen covering parts of the national capital.
