Delhi's 27-year-old pickpocket and knifer, infamously known as 'Potty Badmash' for his bizarre method of evading arrest by defecating in his pants, has finally been nabbed by the police, an official said on Wednesday. The accused, Deepak, had successfully escaped on multiple occasions by using his 'filth plan' to deter police personnel.
