The Delhi Police arrested Himanshu Yadav for strangling his 65-year-old landlady over unpaid rent. The accused fled across eight states, switching locations frequently to evade arrest. He reportedly mortgaged the stolen jewellery for ₹70,000 before being caught at the Japanese Park in Rohini. He was arrested after being on the run for 75 days.
