Delhi to bloom with 4.67 lakh tulips this winter

Winters in Delhi are about to be a little bit more colourful as the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) and the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) are planning to plant tulips. The blooms are expected to bring shades of red, yellow, pink and other colours to the capital’s parks, roundabouts and roadsides, making the winter-to-spring transition a little more colourful.
