The Delhi government plans to integrate Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital, Delhi State Cancer Institute, and Rajiv Gandhi Super Speciality Hospital to develop an autonomous medical institute on the lines of AIIMS. The move aims to improve resource utilization, strengthen super-speciality services, and enhance healthcare access and infrastructure across government hospitals in the capital.
