Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta said the government will soon make the traffic challan process fully digital and time-bound. E-challans will be issued within three days, and once issued, violators will have 45 days to pay or challenge it. She added that if no action is taken within this period, the challan will be deemed accepted.
