A Delhi Traffic Police head constable was suspended after a video purportedly showing him punching, slapping a cab driver in Paharganj surfaced online. Police said, "An argument broke out between traffic police personnel and car driver over challan...When driver attempted to leave...scuffle ensued." Officials added that inquiry has been ordered to ascertain the circumstances leading to incident.
