Amid Delhi witnessing poor air quality, BJP's Amit Malviya criticised the AAP-led Punjab government for failing to curb stubble burning in the state. "Unless Arvind Kejriwal–ruled Punjab stops burning stubble, Delhi and NCR will continue to choke," he added.
