Ajnara India has gone into insolvency after the National Company Law Tribunal on Tuesday admitted a petition filed by homebuyers. A total of 113 homebuyers filed the petition against Ajnara over default on construction of its project 'Ambrosia' and delay in possession of flats. According to UP-RERA's data, of all Ajnara projects, 99 complaints have been filed against Ambrosia alone.
