Ayanagar in Delhi recorded this winter season's lowest minimum temperature at 1.8°C, the IMD said on Friday. This was followed by the Ridge area which reported a minimum temperature of 3.3°C. This comes as cold wave conditions persist in the national capital. The visibility at Palam early on Friday was around 200 metre, The Indian Express reported.
