The Central Market in Delhi's Lajpat Nagar has been temporarily shut down for gross violation of COVID-19 guidelines. In an order issued on July 4, the Traders' Association of Lajpat Nagar was issued a show-cause notice, asking why action shouldn't be taken against them for violating norms. Punjabi Basti and Janta Market in Delhi have been shut till July 6.
