Logistics unicorn Delhivery is reportedly in early-stage talks to acquire the B2B operations of Blue Dart Express and Gati. Founded in 2011, the Gurugram-based startup is one of India's newest billion-dollar startups, valued at $1.5 billion in March in a $413-million Series F round led by SoftBank Vision Fund. It has raised nearly $935 million to date, as per Crunchbase.
