Dell employees working fully remotely won't be eligible for promotion or be able to change roles, Business Insider reported citing an internal memo. In February, Dell told staff that from May, almost all employees will be classified as either "hybrid" or "remote". Hybrid workers will need to come to the office at least 39 days a quarter, the memo said.
