Management consulting company, Deloitte, recently announced a new family leave program, authorising employees fully paid leave for up to 16 weeks. The leaves can be claimed for caregiving, including eldercare and spousal care. "Deloitte's family leave program provides our people with the time they need to focus on their families in important times of need," said CEO Cathy Engelbert.
