Deloitte has surpassed PwC to become the world's biggest professional services firm, after posting an 8% growth in annual revenue to ₹2.45 lakh crore last month, reports said. This comes amid growing scrutiny of audit and tax work of accountancy companies. Notably, PwC lost its contract with Britain's largest retailer Tesco last year over a discrepancy in accounting.
