Delta Corp's subsidiary, Deltatech Gaming, has received an interim relief from the Calcutta High Court on a ₹6,384-crore GST notice. The court has directed that no effect shall be given to any order passed by the tax authority concerning the show-cause notice, the casino operator said in a filing. The notice was issued by the Directorate General of GST Intelligence.
