Dena Bank shares fall 20% on terms of merger with Bank of Baroda
Shares of Dena Bank on Thursday plunged nearly 20% after the share swap ratio for its proposed merger with Vijaya Bank and Bank of Baroda (BoB) was announced. The share swap ratio has been set at 110 Bank of Baroda shares for every 1000 shares of Dena Bank, and 402 Bank of Baroda shares for 1000 shares of Vijaya Bank.
