Anant Dwivedi, a 22-year-old engineering student, allegedly died by suicide after jumping from the 45th floor of a residential tower in Goregaon East. Authorities at Mumbai Airport did not allow Anant Dwivedi to board a flight to Germany because he could not produce a hard copy of his residence permit. He was scheduled to return to Germany for an internship.
