India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Monday issued dense to very dense fog warning for parts of Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and west Rajasthan for the next 48 hours. The warning has been issued for east Rajasthan and west Uttar Pradesh for the next 24 hours. "The intensity of fog is likely to reduce thereafter," IMD said.
