Dera Sacha Sauda Spokesperson Dilawar Insan has been arrested by the police on charges of inciting violence in Panchkula following Gurmeet Ram Rahim's conviction. After the verdict, Dilawar had issued a statement to media claiming "injustice" was done to the Dera Chief. Police said several accused in custody identified Dilawar as the person responsible for supplying weapons and planning arson.
