Amazon has asked Delhi High Court to detain Future Group CEO Kishore Biyani and attach his assets for allegedly violating an arbitration court's order that halted the sale of the group's retail assets to Reliance Industries. Future Group said the order needs to be ratified by an Indian court. Amazon argues that Future's deal with Reliance breached some pre-existing clauses.
