Devotees throng temples across India as Navratri begins

Thousands of devotees visited temples across India on Sunday marking the start of Shardiya Navratri. Key sites including Vaishno Devi in Katra, Kamakhya Temple in Guwahati, and Mansa Devi in Haridwar saw heavy crowds. In Lucknow, entry to Chandrika Devi Temple was barred due to Gomti River flooding.
