DGCA can act in Akasa pilots' case if contract is breached: HC

The Delhi High Court said aviation regulator DGCA can act if the contract is breached in the case pertaining to Akasa Air pilots resigning without completing their notice period. The court also said that the airline can proceed with its lawsuit against the concerned pilots. In the lawsuit, late investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala-backed Akasa Air sought damages worth nearly ₹21 crore.
