In regard to a Mumbai-Delhi flight, that was delayed by about five hours last month, the DGCA has ordered Spicejet to refund the fare to all the passengers. The airlines have also been ordered to refund the money it made through the sale of food and beverages to the passengers of the Boeing 737-800 aircraft(VT-SGO), delayed due to engineering faults.
