DGCA warns Indian airlines to avoid certain West Asia spaces

Tensions in West Asia have increased after recent US and Israeli strikes in Iran. The DGCA has warned Indian airlines to avoid some airspaces like Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Qatar and the UAE. Flights over Oman and Saudi Arabia are allowed only with strict safety measures, as the region’s skies are unpredictable and risky for passengers.
