Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan's daughter, Naimisha Pradhan, disabled her Instagram account after Indian social media users posted "Resign Dharmendra Pradhan" comments on the Instagram account of Tufts University in the US, from which she earned her degree in 2023. One user said Naimisha studied abroad because she knew India's education system is failing students.
