Lok Sabha LoP Rahul Gandhi called Dharmendra Pradhan’s resignation a step towards rebuilding India’s education system and congratulated students who protested nationwide. Saying two demands remained, he urged PM Narendra Modi to apologise to students who were brutalised and demanded action against those responsible for violence. He added time has come to remove the current government from power.
