Diabetologist recommends 3 tips to prevent hunger right after eating

Feeling hungry soon after eating may be linked to blood sugar fluctuations, according to diabetologist Dr. Varun Suryadevara. Meals high in refined carbohydrates can cause glucose spikes followed by an insulin-driven crash, triggering hunger. To prevent it, he recommended pairing carbs with protein, healthy fats and fibre, eating vegetables and protein before carbs, and staying hydrated.
