Johnnie Walker maker Diageo announced that Chief Operating Officer Debra Crew will become company's new CEO from July 1, replacing retiring CEO Ivan Menezes. Crew, who also previously served as the CEO of tobacco company Reynolds American, will join the board from the same date. Menezes, who joined the company in 1997, has been serving as CEO since July 2013.
