Shiv Sena corporator Ramesh Mhatre, who assaulted a woman doctor, nurses and other staff at a hospital near Mumbai, said he did nothing wrong and wouldn't apologise. "I regret the physical altercation...[but] I didn't raise my hand against the...doctor," he said. "She kept talking on the phone and wasn't listening to our grievance...so I tapped her hand," he added.
