Fortis Healthcare has told the Supreme Court that its order restraining the transfer of ₹4,000 crore received from Malaysia's IHH Healthcare didn't cover transactions with Singapore-based RHT Health Trust. Japan's Daiichi Sankyo had sought to restrain any such transfer of funds. The apex court had in December ordered status quo on the sale of Fortis' controlling stake to IHH Healthcare.
