Dietitian reveals 5 mistakes that can sabotage a healthy diet

According to dietitian Kathy McManus, many people unknowingly sabotage healthy diets through common mistakes. The Harvard Health expert said five habits that can derail healthy diet include following overly restrictive eating plan, excluding nutritious foods due to assumption that they're unhealthy, keeping unhealthy foods within easy reach, eating late at night and failing to track food intake.
