Dighi Port has signed an MoU with Samvardhana Motherson Hamakyorex Engineered Logistics (SAMRX) to establish a dedicated facility for auto exports at the port. With this agreement, the port is set to handle 2 lakh cars per year. This strategic partnership will make Dighi Port as the new automobile exports terminal for exporters in Mumbai to Pune auto belt.
