Bengaluru-based fintech platform Niyo has announced the acquisition of Goalwise, a mutual funds investment startup. Niyo and its Co-Founders Vinay Bagri and Virender Bisht have picked up majority stakes in the startup in a cash-and-stock deal. Goalwise has ₹850 cr in assets under advice and its founding members will now run Niyo Wealth as an independent vertical.
